I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had a nice fireplace providing a pleasant ambiance with live music, but the hotel reception seemed unaware of ski rental and ski pass prices. The service was excellent until the day we checked out, especially thanks to Miray and Salih, who were very polite and helpful. The location, while fantastic with a staff that was great, felt more tailored towards locals of Bursa and Istanbul. The dining experience was disappointing with unusually poor options even in the buffet. However, the facilities were good, and the activities provided were enjoyable.
